Donald F. Neville
Donald F. Neville brings more than three decades of financial and operational leadership across public, private-equity-backed and venture-funded organizations. His experience includes CFO, CEO and board roles across technology, healthcare, manufacturing and real estate services, along with leadership of growth initiatives, turnarounds, capital raises, acquisitions, international ventures, debt restructurings and profitability programs. His background also includes SEC reporting, FP&A, internal controls and enterprise governance.
Carl J. Hubenak
Carl J. Hubenak is a CFO, General Manager and executive financial consultant with more than 35 years of experience helping middle-market companies improve finance operations and enterprise value. His background includes capital raising, accounting-system modernization and M&A execution, including Pleatco Filtration’s private-equity sale and subsequent resale, Charles Schwab’s $550 million acquisition of CyBerCorp, and more than $80 million in expansion capital raised. Carl is a Texas A&M accounting graduate and Series 27 license holder.
